Carrot-Shaped Strawberries

To add a playful touch to our Easter celebration, we enjoy creating themed treats. These delightful strawberry carrots are a breeze to prepare and encourage kids to consume some healthy fruit before diving into their Easter goodies. Additionally, they serve as a whimsical contribution for potluck gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Strawberries
8 oz Orange Candy Melting Chips
Optional: Orange Sparkling Sugar

DIRECTIONS
Fluff the stems of the strawberries gently upwards.
Freeze the strawberries for about 10-15 minutes.
Melt the candy by microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and creamy.
Prepare a piece of wax or parchment paper large enough to accommodate all the strawberries.
Use a spoon to apply chocolate around the top near the stem.
Either dip or spoon the melted chocolate over the strawberries while holding them by the stem.
Optional: Sprinkle with sparkling sugar for added flair.
Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared paper.
Chill in the freezer briefly to allow the chocolate to harden quickly.
