Being a stay-at-home mom to four children is already a full-time job, but on top of that, I also teach fitness classes.

Though I cherish both roles, they leave me with minimal time for self-care.

While shopping at Walmart, I decided to pick up some Oui by Yoplait. I’ve heard numerous positive reviews, and I wanted to indulge myself.

I opted for flavors that I usually enjoy in other yogurts—peach, lemon, strawberry, blueberry, and black cherry. I also spotted vanilla, coconut, and plain varieties on the shelf.

What I adore about Oui by Yoplait is its charming glass jar packaging. I have so many creative ideas for reusing them!

But I digress.

Oui by Yoplait embodies a French-style yogurt that offers a subtly sweet and refreshing flavor.

Here are a few reasons I was excited to try Oui:

  • Inspired by a traditional French yogurt recipe
  • Cultured in each glass pot for eight hours, resulting in a unique, thick, and creamy texture
  • Best enjoyed without stirring to appreciate its thick texture
  • The name “Oui” means “yes” in French, pronounced “wee”

I anticipate unwinding for a few moments after my gym session, relishing a delectable “treat” made just for me.

I feel guilt-free indulging in it because they utilize simple, non-GMO ingredients, including whole milk and real fruit, poured and set into each glass jar.

Say Yes to Fresh Ingredients:

  • Crafted with whole milk
  • Free from artificial flavors and colors from artificial sources
  • The plain version contains just two ingredients: milk and cultures
  • Fruit flavors include real fruit at the bottom

Relish a moment of pure satisfaction with every spoonful. Say Oui.

I tried one for free during a weekend promotion at Harris Teeter, and I was really impressed! They tasted fantastic!

I think I’ll stick with making my own yogurt. This was a bit too sweet for my taste, and with my lactose intolerance, it’s a hard pass for me. Oh, the struggles of my stomach!
